If a space becomes available for a child, the waiting list coordinators would contact the parent and offer the available space for consideration. If the family accepts the space, the parents/guardians would receive and complete an intake packet. Then they would contact the Head Teacher in the classroom to schedule an intake meeting to review the information. They will also get a chance to visit the classroom. After meeting with the Head Teacher, they will then meet with the Business Manager to complete the paperwork process.
